‘Ma’ is universal language for mother. The mother energy is a nurturing and attentive force. I offer a warm and welcoming space, encouraging people to explore their inner world,  building a relationship with all of themselves and developing capacity and resilience within themselves to embrace the human experience.

My name is Victoria. I was born in the UK, although I have settled in many different places around the world, mostly spending my last 8 years living between India and Berlin. Currently I have just relocated back to the majestic and highly energetic island of Ibiza, following the calling to live in a more natural environment.

Since my mid twenties I have been choosing a life that is dedicated to unlearning the limiting adaptions that have prevented me from living my true potential as a human being and accessing the full generative energy that is available for us to thrive and create - this choice is a gift. As a natural progression I became passionate about sharing and supporting others in their journey also. 

I believe it is really important to direct time and energy to become more expanisive, open our minds and hearts and create a different kind of world; moving away from shaming and marginalising towards caring and understanding, from disconnection and disassociation to feeling safe and present.

Yoga

Playful Hatha Yoga

Has your practice felt linear or dry recently? How can we turn up the volume of play and pleasure in our practice? This class explores just that - it is a balanced mix of movement, connection and exploration. This class is a process where the whole journey is more important than getting to the end.

Yin Yoga

The class is slow and meditative flow. An open and relaxed approach to asana targeting the connective tissues of the body. Improve  health and flow of Chi. Cultivate inner stillness.

Private Yoga

Private classes offer beginners and intermediate practitioners a more intimate opportunity to develop and explore practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. 

Hatha Yoga Level A

Moderate sequence of postures and simple breathing techniques. Can be enjoyed by both beginning and continuing students. This level evokes the physical and energetic levels of awareness

Hatha Yoga Level B

Dynamic asana, pranayama and longer meditations. Usually the intensity of strong uplifting asana toward the beginning of a class are mirrored by surrendering grounding postures at the resolution

Yin/Yang Yoga

Blending together two approaches of asana. The practice of Yin Yoga to target the deeper dense tissues of the body and Yang Yoga a more active rhythmic practice working on strengthening and lengthening of muscles. A well rounded practice.

Sharing insights, poetry and what inspires my world

"We hurt in relationship and heal in relationship"

I’ve been recognising when I need to reach out my hand and ask for support and when to open up to others about my most vulnerable feelings in order to feel more safe in my body and environment. 

We can have experiences as children that may leave us troubled in allowing an authentic connection with others in our adult life. In this article I talk about when unresolved issues from our past get locked in to our bodies and nervous system and how it can play out. 

"Wholeness"

The journey of perfection vs wholeness is that perfection is trying to deny and banish the parts of us we dislike, but wholeness is a container for all of us, even the parts imperfect.

Has the self-development world unconsciously conditioned us to over-identify with our patterns, habits and problems? “I have a problem” can become “I AM the problem”
